Format of complaint letter to the office manager, and tell them how the things are kept on missing on each day and request him to look into this matter.
Dear [Recipient’s Name],
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order from [Company/Organization Name]. Unfortunately, I received the package, but it was missing several items.
I placed the order on [Date] with order number [Order Number]. However, upon inspection, I discovered that the following items were absent:
I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this issue. Please arrange for the missing items to be shipped or provide a suitable resolution such as a refund or store credit.
I have attached copies of the order confirmation and invoice for your reference. I expect a prompt response within [mention a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 7 days] to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
Thank you for your prompt assistance in rectifying this situation.
I want to inform you that the office laptops have been stolen from our office. Which also contained valuable data, and the gaming team’s job backup was stored for about a year. Please report it to the police immediately or inquire about it yourself so that our computers can be found. If not, it will be a huge loss. I hope you will look into the matter.
I want to let you know that on a daily basis things(you can name the items here) are either being stolen or disappearing and this can be clearly seen in the record-keeping register. You are requested to immediately install the CCTV cameras and investigate the matter to find out who is doing this activity. I hope you will look into the matter and find out a solution to the said problem. I will be grateful to you.
To,
The vendor,

Sir,
I am a regular customer of yours, and we have been dealing for quite a few months now. Yesterday evening I ordered my packaging items as usual, but to my shock, I received almost four boxes less of the glue I ordered and five boxes less of the cardboard.
I had to close my factory for today as I had no production items left. Kindly resend my items as soon as you can, so that I can start the production phase again. Attached are my order numbers and my order receipts.
I am writing this letter to you to file a complaint regarding missing office items. Last week, I kept a few items, including stationery, files, and some packages, in the storeroom of the 2 nd Floor. The store is always locked, and only I, along with the Janitor, have access to the room.
Yesterday when I went to the storeroom to get some stationery items as per request of some employees, I was shocked to see that the stationary, and the packages were not in the storeroom! Only the files were present, and when I opened them, they were also empty. I immediately confronted the Janitor as beside me, he is the only one who has the keys to the storeroom, but he told me that he does not know of this whatsoever. I consulted a few other employees whose tables are near the storeroom, but they did not witness anyone coming out. I have been working in the office for seven years, but this is the first time that such an incident has taken place. I did not inform you about this yesterday because I thought that someone might have taken the items for use, or maybe on any senior officer’s order. However, now I am sure that is not the case.
Kindly, create an investigation committee on this, and if there is any other information required then you may call me anytime. Thank you.
With all due respect, I am writing this letter with much disappointment to inform you about your substandard services. Two days back, I ordered five items from your store, and today I received a package in the mail. When I opened the package, I found only two of the five items inside the box, although I paid for all of the five items. I am very displeased with this event and would like to know if this often happens with your services. If such is the case, I advise you to improve your services. Since I have paid for five items I would also like to know how I will receive the three missing items now, or how I can get a refund.
I hope you will respond to my letter and cater to my queries as soon as possible. For further details, you may contact me at the number given below.
The Manager, Hilton Hotels
With all due respect, I am writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that I have been staying in your hotel for the last two days because of my business tour. We had chosen your hotel because of its fame, and the great service you provide.
Last night I went out with my colleague, and upon returning, I noticed some changes in my room and realized that my Laptop was missing from my room. I looked everywhere in the room but could not find it. It is a humble request to check all the CCTV videos if anyone entered my room in that time slot. I have all my important documents on my Laptop, and I have to face a huge loss if I would not get my Laptop back. So it is a humble request to please help me out in this matter.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

To: Management at Radisson Hotel
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
I am writing this letter to issue a formal complaint about an unpleasant experience at your hotel two nights ago. I chose the Radisson hotel due to its great reputation in the city of Calgary.
The only people with access to the rooms were the maids, and I urgently request that you retrieve the stolen items from them; otherwise, I will be turning this case over to the police.
I eagerly await your response,
Scott Matthew
